Founded in Spring 2025, Folly publishes long-form essays, fiction, cultural criticism, and analysis. We aim to build a place at Oxford to provide space and time to think creatively and always critically. We publish termly.

Submissions

Submissions and pitches are accepted year-round. We seek to publish sharp analysis of global politics, wide-ranging and curious cultural criticism, interviews with thinkers and writers, brave, surreal, and erudite fiction, translated and original poetry and work that teases apart the conjuncture.
